How far in advance should I book catering services?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, corporate events, and large celebrations. Popular dates can fill quickly. Ideally, bookings should be made 2–6 months in advance, though we may accommodate smaller events with shorter notice depending on availability.

How do I secure my event date?
Your event date is officially reserved once a signed contract and required retainer (deposit) are received.

Is the retainer refundable?
All retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your event date and require us to reserve staff, equipment, and preparation time exclusively for your event.

When is the final payment due?
Final payment is typically due 7–14 days before the event, unless otherwise specified in your contract.

Do you offer menu tastings?
Yes! Tastings are available for clients considering catering services for their event.

Is there a fee for tastings?
Yes. Tastings are $150 for two people and are non-refundable. If you move forward with booking, the tasting fee may be credited toward your final invoice depending on the event.

When do tastings take place?
Tastings are typically scheduled after the retainer is received and are by appointment only.

Menu & Customization

Can you customize the menu for my event?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom menus tailored to your event theme, dietary needs, and preferences.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We can accommodate many dietary needs including vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive options when requested in advance.

Can we mix and match menu items?

Yes. We can provide chafing dishes, serving utensils, and buffet setup equipment. Linens and additional décor options may also be available.

Yes. We work with many venues and are happy to coordinate with your venue to ensure smooth service.

We can provide buffet décor, chafing dishes, and serving equipment, and we can also coordinate with rental companies for linens and specialty décor if needed.
